HOW DO CUSTOM ORDERS WORK?

1. Contact us via Instagram DM @dollybirdsboutique_uk to discuss your design OR fill in the below form with your enquiry.

2. we will discuss material options, you then pick based on this we will draw up a design or pull together an overview.

3. we will send over a cost for your bespoke design, once approved we will send a payment link through our business account. This is all done via Monzo so is quick and secure!

4. we will then order materials and begin making! if any queries pop up we will be in contact ie size or design.

5.Once complete we will let you know and provide a tracking number for your Dolly's custom!!
