SIZING

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY CUSTOM?

Our customs require a bit of extra care when washing and can be prone to wear and tear.  we suggest you hand wash any heavily embellished pieces to avoid breakage.

as for our less embellished pieces we suggest inside out on a cool wash and a slow spin or in a pillowcase with your normal wash

please not we are not responsible for any damage caused to customs.

 

I WANT A CERTAIN FABRIC IV'E SEEN ON YOUR PAGE- HOW DO I ORDER THIS?

You can select your own fabric from our range you can find this on our fabrics page. when ordering you can add comments in- please specify your choice here. please not our luxury range will be subject to a higher cost we will contact you if this doesn't add on at the checkout automatically.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER BE?

Please allow up to 6 weeks for production we always aim for less but just to be safe!

We are working around the clock to ensure Dolly birds can reach its full potential! all orders of stock will be posted out within 48 hours of order receipt. All orders are posted with royal mail standard 2nd class. postage can take 2-5 working days. 

please note strikes may affect delivery time so please be patient. Your unique tracking number will advise on the status of your delivery upon postage confirmation.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

We pride ourselves on being open 7 days a week online- we are only human and sometimes our responses may be slower than other days so please be patient. 

 

MANUFACTURING HOURS- MON-FRI 6:00PM-10:30PM (Flex to weekend to meet deadlines)

CONTACTABLE HOURS- ONLINE- MON-SUN 7:00AM-9:00PM (For urgent enquiries about customs please contact directly)
